Welcome to this public consultation website for the proposed Eastern Access Road at Edinburgh Airport, West Edinburgh.

A new access road from Gogar Roundabout to the airport to relieve traffic congestion in the West Edinburgh area and make it easier for people to get to and from the airport has been an aspiration for a number of years. The plans for this road have been contained within the City of Edinburgh Councils (CEC) West Edinburgh Transport Appraisal Refresh 2016 and in the airport’s draft Masterplan of 2016.

This website will allow you to view the proposed scheme and provide any comments you may have. Design work on the proposals is ongoing, and as such the information presented here today may be subject to change.
